Local Sanpete nets

  • Skyline VHF net – statewide:
    • When: Sundays, 8:00 pm
    • Where: Any of the repeaters on the Skyline system, which is also linked into the Sinbad system.
    • Also, the Skyline simplex net follows immediately (typically at about 8:45 pm) on 146.54 MHz simplex.
  • Sinbad Desert Radio Club net:
  • Sevier County Radio Club net:
    • When: Wednesdays at 7:30 pm.
    • Where: The 146.640 MHz repeater, with a tone of 100 Hz. 
  • Monroe stake emergency preparedness net:
    • When: Wednesdays at 8:15 pm
    • Where: The 146.640 MHz repeater, with a tone of 100 Hz. 
  • Sidewinders 2M-SSB net:
    • When: Mondays at 7 pm.
    • Where: 144.250 USB.
  • North Mt. Pleasant stake net:
    • Wednesdays at 7:00 pm.
    • Where: 146.420 simplex.
  • North Sanpete community net, sponsored by the Mt. Pleasant stake:
    • Thursdays at 6:30 pm.
    • Where: Spring City repeater, 146.88 MHz with a tone of 107.2 Hz.


RACES Nets

Utah State Radio Amateur Civil Emergency Service (RACES) nets are held once each month under the
direction of the Utah State Office of Comprehensive Emergency Management. The purpose of the Net is
to train RACES operators; staff, operate an test State, County, and Local Government EOCs; verify and
test the capability and operation of radio equipment of RACES radio operators, link stations, EOCs, etc.
The Net is also intended to establish a method to be able to communicate to an part of the state in the
event of an Emergency or Disaster, and to develop coordination, training, and loyalty between RACES
radio operators and Government Officials.
On even numbered months, this net is conducted on linked VHF repeaters around the state on the third
Thursday at 2000 hours local time. Frequencies of Net operation are:
